Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours from appointment date to reschedule your booking with us. Your booking deposit will always remain non-refundable, if rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe we allow a one time transfer of deposit to a new date. When you cancel within less than 48 hours your deposit remains non-refundable as well as non-transferable. *This booking policy does not include our bridal services, please view bridal contract for cancelation policy.* Thank you for booking with Kelsium!
