Cancellation Policy
You have 48 hours from appointment date to reschedule your booking with us. Your booking deposit will always remain non-refundable, if rescheduled within the 48 hour timeframe we allow a one time transfer of deposit to a new date. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, full balance is due in order to book with us for future events. When you cancel within less than 48 hours your deposit remains non-refundable as well as non-transferable. *This booking policy does NOT include bridal, please view bridal contract for cancelation policy.*
